This project was simple in description but had some major challenges that had to be overcome to succeed. The goal was a mobile BBQ, hot water sink to wash items/hands in, serving trays to keep items hot, ipad with cash drawer/receipt printing. 

The POS is comprised of a iPad, a network cash drawer, and a network receipt printer. The internal network uses a router setup as an AP Extender to combine the iPad, drawer and printer into one network. The AP Extender setup allows the company to be able to connect to different WAPs while still maintaining the integrity of their internal network. The AP Extender is a Almond Router allowing the workers to have a touch screen router so no computer is needed to setup and maintain. The POS application is SquareUp since it offers a overall low percentage per swipe.

The tabel with a sink also has a cutting board with a cutting board and fluid guide, this will allow the freshes preperation of food. The eventually goal is a refrigerator system withing the SUV.

This is the main unit; it uses a 12 VDC Deep Cycle battery. The battery powers a 12volt pump that produces 30psi of water to a primer tank (to reduce the amount of time the pump turns on), since the goal is to not drain the battery to fast. This system with just the pump uses 3.5amps to get up to pressure and 2.5 running, with the battery at 35Ah this should run for 13.994 hours continuously. The battery will also run a 300watt inverter that supplies the iPad, internal network router, receipt printer and cash drawer with power. The white box on the side is a LP Tankless Water Heater, and will provide the chef a area to keep clean and wash items. The pump would pull from water tanks, the plan was two water tanks and a a Pre-Pressurized Accumulator Tank (this tank is similar to compressor tank, it hold water pressure so that the occasional turning on of the water wouldn't engage the pump every time).

The final goal of this project is to provide a safe mobile business solution, the orage containers are not truly representative of the actual products being used. The vehicle will carry 14 gallons of water, and have 3 white 5 gallon buckets with lids and bucket wrench (to allow for proper transportation and disposal of grey water).

Most of this project was completed, the sink was created, the POS system was completed, and the company made some money for a small time however due to a disagreement between owners the company sold to one owner and that owner moved to Chicago. This project was fun and the remaining owner is talking about reproducing this but in a uhaul that would use hydraulic systems to raise and lower the tables and the truck would contain refrigerators that would be fully battery powered with a generator that would kick on if the batteries fall to low, plus a external 120v power connection.
